There are plentiful land development opportunities and a broad inventory of commercial/retail and industrial buildings available in Fergus Falls.   Prime commercial locations are available for rent, build to suit or other arrangements. 

Generally, businesses select a west end location, closest to I-94 and major retailers, or a central location near the historic downtown.  Industrial businesses may choose to locate in one of the city's industrial parks.

The EIC is working with the MN State legislature to designate a Renaissance Zone for the Fergus Falls’ landmark Regional Center Campus to spur redevelopment for incoming businesses and residents.
